Vintage late 80s/early 90s batwing sleeve button front midi dress by Nicole Miller, with a beautiful statement rose floral print and a fitted basque waist. It has shoulder pads which can be easily removed with a seam ripper if desired. Sold as is with a few condition notes, see details below.

Condition: Good, with a 1" and 1/2" very faint yellow spot on the front left hip, a 1" brown line on the back of the right sleeve, four tiny faint brown spots on the lower front right of the skirt, some other tiny faint less noticeable spots scattered throughout, and some scattered snags on the top of the right sleeve.
